You must be logged-in to use the "My Favorites" feature. Select a Video and at the bottom of the video player click the text link "Add to Favorites. The page will refresh and you will see the text has changed to the option "Remove from Favorites". To view your favorites go to "My Account" and then click on "My Favorites" link right below the "My Account". You will then be able to choose from your saved Favorites to view.

You can cancel your account by logging into your account page. You will be asked for your email address and username to cancel your account. Your account will remain active and usable for the duration of your subscription. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal.

We offer 3 to 5 “Video Quality” rates depending on whether or not the content is available in HD. The default player rate is set to 480p. If you experience choppy streaming it most likely means your individual internet connection is not fast enough for the bandwidth rate you are attempting to watch. We recommend switching to a lower stream rate by choosing 270p or 360p listed under “Select Video Quality” on the video player. To watch in a higher quality HD rate chose “WebHD/540p” or “HD/720p” listed under “Select Video Quality” on the video player. Your individual bandwidth rate may vary based on your service provider, time of day, other browser windows open on your desktop, etc., etc. We suggest you try the different “Video Quality” rates to see which plays best for your unique connection. You must have latest Flash Player to watch our Flash streaming video you will need to have the free Adobe Flash Player version 10.2 or higher installed.

If you are not logged in your will only see previews, not full-length videos There are different ways to find and watch the content: "Movies" - All available videos/scenes from a “Movie” are listed in order. You can then chose any particular scene or watch them in chronological order. "Videos" - Lists all available videos/scenes and additional content to watch.
