How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to the biller's administration page. Customers billed by DHD Media (most common) can manage their account here: DHD Media. Your username and password are the same as those you use to access our site. Your account will remain active and usable for the duration of your subscription. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal. If you are still having issues please submit a support ticket.
How do I stream/watch the movies and clips?
You must be logged-in to watch videos and movies. If you are not logged in your will only see 15-30 second previews. Once you are logged in simply navigate to any video page and click on the play button graphic in the middle of the video player.
When I watch a movie it is choppy or stops and starts
We offer up to 5 “Video Quality” rates- 270p, 360p, 480p, 540p and 720p. Newer films shot in HD will have the additional choices of 540p and 720p. The default player “Video Quality” rate is set to 480p, you may change the rate by clicking on another “Video Quality rate”.
If you experience choppy streaming it most likely means your individual internet connection is not fast enough for the “Video Quality” rate you are attempting to watch. We recommend switching to a lower rate by choosing a lower “Video Quality” on the player. Your individual bandwidth rate may vary based on your service provider, time of day, other browser windows open on your desktop, etc., etc. We suggest you try the different “Video Quality” rates to see which plays best for your unique connection.
How do I use the "My Favorites" feature?
You must be logged in to use the "Add to Favorites" feature. Select a video to watch and click the text link "+Add to Favorites".
To view your favorites you must be logged in. Go to "My Account” in the top left corner, then chose "My Favorites" link in the drop down menu.
