A charge was posted my credit card that I did not authorize

This is usually due to a cancellation that was made too late prevent the regular subscription fee from being charged. Subscriptions must be cancelled 24 hours before the billing cycle date in order for our bank to have time to prevent automatic billing. This is stated in the account Terms of Service you agree to when you join.
