I used a Free Trial coupon but I got billed anyway

Although you are required to enter your credit card information in order to process your "Free Trial", the charge is never actually posted to your card. We authorize the charge only, in order to verify your card for regular subscription billing, in the event you opt to continue your trial membership into regular subscription. You can view your billing history at any time in the My Account section of the site.
