The picture is really small, I can't get anything but the modem videos

This occurs if your browser is unable to read or set the necessary browser cookie we use to save your video preferences. The best way to remedy this is to delete your browser cookies*.

• Open Internet Explorer
• On the top toolbar click on "Tools >> Internet Options".
• Click the "Delete Cookies" button.

You can also adjust the video size in the Player by right clicking in the player window. If you are viewing any of our broadband videos you can also take advantage of the "full screen" option in Windows Media Player.
