If your login failed there will be an error code at the bottom of the login screen. Each error code is explained below.
LOGIN ERROR CODES
Denied_Bad_Password
If you get any of the error codes shown below your account has been temporarily locked out.
It will automatically reset itself within one hour.
Denied_DAP
This error indicates that your login attempt was unsuccessful more than 10 times in a ten minute period.
Verify your password to be sure you are typing it correctly.
Wait for your account to unlock, then try your log in again.
Denied_EMPTY
If you repeatedly get a password prompt or you receive this error while attempting to log in, your internet
security settings are preventing your browser from sending web form data. The following settings will
permit your browser to accept your login.
- Open Internet Explorer
- On the top toolbar click on Tools >> Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
- Select the Internet zone from the icons at the top of the dialog box.
- Click the button that says Custom Level.
- In the list of options be sure the setting for User Authentication is
not set to "Anonymous logon".
Denied_LoggedIn
Your account is already logged in from another IP address.
You cannot have more than one machine logged into your Titan account at a given time. This can be the
result of sharing your login information with someone else.
Password sharing can put your privacy at risk. Anyone that can log into your account can view and change your account information, including your real name and address, your username, and password.
Denied_Requests
The server has detected that you have logged in too many times within a one hour period.
Denied_UA_Block
The site cannot be accessed using automated downloading or file sharing software. Check to be sure that
nothing of this kind is running in the background on your machine, then try your login again using a regular
web browser such as Internet Explorer.
